Norman Cook Junior Public School - Accessibility Upgrades

Promoting inclusivity, TORCOM Construction Inc. delivered a series of accessibility upgrades at Norman Cook JPS, ensuring the school met the highest standards of barrier-free design.

Scope of Work‍

The project included the construction of a new barrier-free washroom, installation of multiple automatic door operators throughout the school, and the addition of an exterior concrete ramp for a barrier-free entrance. Dust-tight hoarding was installed to maintain safety and minimize disruption to students and staff during the work.
