Birchmount Community Centre - Addition

Expanding opportunities for recreation and community gatherings, TORCOM Construction Inc. successfully added new facilities to the Birchmount Community Centre.

Scope of Work‍

The addition features a double gymnasium designed as a versatile space for sports, meetings, and events. Supporting amenities include new changerooms, washrooms, personal lockers, and a reorganized entry with adjoining lounge areas. The second floor houses a multi-purpose room and kitchenette overlooking the gymnasium and existing community pool, offering a functional space for community events and activities. The project also included reconfiguring the site’s entry landscape and parking area to seamlessly integrate the new addition with the existing facility.
