Western Technical CS & Ursula Franklin Academy - Window Replacement & Wall Repairs

TORCOM Construction Inc. completed a window replacement and masonry façade restoration project at Western Technical Commercial School and Ursula Franklin Academy, a designated heritage site. The project showcased our expertise in balancing modern upgrades with historical preservation.

Scope of Work‍

The work involved replacing exterior windows on the west side of the school and restoring the masonry brick façade. A skilled historic masonry restoration contractor was engaged to ensure adherence to heritage preservation standards. While most of the work was completed during summer, some tasks extended into the school year. To maintain safety and minimize disruption, TORCOM installed covered walkways for students and staff during operational months.
