Orde Street PS Exterior Facade Restoration and Window Replacement Ph. 2

At Orde Street Public School, a designated heritage site in downtown Toronto, TORCOM Construction Inc. undertook the challenge of restoring the building’s historical character while upgrading its functionality.

Scope of Work‍

The project included replacing exterior windows and the brick façade, carried out in strict adherence to heritage restoration regulations. An experienced historic masonry restoration contractor was engaged to ensure the work met the highest preservation standards. Located in a busy downtown area, the school remained fully operational throughout the project, with TORCOM implementing extensive safety measures to protect students, staff, and the public during construction.
